As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I’m passionate about helping people feel supported, understood, and empowered. My approach is genuine, warm and collaborative. I meet you where you are and work alongside you to build the coping skills and realistic goals to help you create lasting change.
My journey began by volunteering at my former elementary and middle schools, where I discovered a love for supporting kids and teens. Later, at the University of Delaware, I expanded this work through mentorship and student development programs. Since then, I’ve focused on helping people strengthen emotional regulation, develop healthier behaviors, and find self-acceptance.
